About

Welcome, I am Lorena Krasnai (KLo)

With a life purpose to support authenticity, awareness, and responsible self-authorship in the context of meaningful work and life.

“Depth, discernment, presence. In service of human sustainability.”

My work sits at the intersection of leadership, psychology, and lived experience.

I support executives navigating the internal cost of responsibility and emotional self-containment, those who have achieved externally, yet feel disconnected from themselves or alone in carrying what others do not see.

This practice is grounded in the belief that sustainable leadership begins internally: with self-knowledge, emotional access, meaning, and alignment.

With dual training in leadership and counselling psychology, alongside extensive corporate experience, I understand both the internal and systemic realities of leadership, remaining deeply attuned to the psychological dimensions beneath performance.

How I Work

My approach is integrative, experiential, and relational.

Using evidence-based modalities, the work is about creating conditions for honest exploration, awareness, and action.

Clients often describe working with me as:

  • calm and grounded;

  • direct yet safe;

  • deeply seen and understood;

  • thoughtful and attuned;

  • challenging in a way that invites growth.

A Note on Lived Experiences

My professional work is informed by lived experiences, including significant personal transitions that required me to return to myself and rebuild from a place of deeper truth.

Growth is rarely about becoming someone new, and more often about remembering who you are beneath adaptation, survival, and success.
