An invitation to explore whether this work feels like a fit.
I work with a limited number of executive clients at a time. Availability is intentionally restricted to protect depth, presence, and quality of care.
A consultation is an opportunity to explore fit and alignment. This session is a calm, confidential conversation focused on understanding what brings you here and whether this work feels like a good fit.

While we appreciate the unpredictability of life, we have a responsibility to protect our current clients, our wait-list clients, and our practitioners’ time. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioner's day that could have been filled by another client.
As such, we require 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 48 hours’ notice or miss their session will be charged for the full cost of the session. In the event of a no-show or a cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice, your credit card on file will be charged. Please note there is a third party technology fee of 2.75% for credit card processing.
